At MWD, we relish the challenge of navigating California’s ever-changing legal topography.
WHERE WE PRACTICE
MWD handles cases throughout California, but the bulk of our practice lies in the San Francisco Bay Area, with most of our clients hailing from Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda County. Our focus on complex insurance issues has us increasingly active in fire-prone portions of the state like Napa, Sonoma, and the Sierra foothills.
Meanwhile, our longstanding experience with landslides, water intrusions, construction defects, and other real estate issues keeps us busy in East Bay cities like Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco.
Our office is located in downtown Lafayette.
